recipe of the day

Hello everybody:)


Today I decided to leave you a recipe for a cake that I like and so you can try this at home,hahaha(;
First of all, we need :
3 eggs
1 yogurt
The same measure of sugar
The same measure flour
Half as oil
Lemon zest
1 envelope yeast
50 gr. cocoa powder
Butter
Icing

Now in a bowl, beat with the help of a rod, eggs, yogurt, sugar, cocoa, oil and lemon zest.
Then add the flour and yeast, mix well and pour batter into a buttered pan.
Put it in a medium oven 160 degrees at 25 to 30 minutes. After this time the mold out of the oven, let cool and invert the cake. Sprinkle with icing sugar and ready:)


You can pair it with chocolate made.

It can be eaten alone or with a coffee or tea :) That's delicious!
